Join us for a special seminar featuring Mariusz Illuk, owner of Marius Wines, who will share his unique journey in the Australian wine industry. Mariusz will explore the science of winemaking- from vineyard to glass-, offering insights into the processes that shape quality wine in the Australian context. Alongside this, he will reflect on his entrepreneurial path, providing an insider perspective on building a niche business in a highly specialised sector. Most importantly, he will reveal what truly defines a great wine- combining science, craftsmanship, experience and patience.
