Dr Agnes Faron presents: Human‑Centred Design for Better Outcomes: from Evidence into Impact

Dr Agnes Faron is a CX Designer at Urban Utilities and holds a PhD in Sociolinguistics from the University of Queensland. Her doctoral research was about international couples raising bilingual and trilingual children in Australia. Her current work sits at the intersection of research, behavioural economics, and human‑centred design, where she translates insights into practical, inclusive service solutions.

This session will be of interest to business owners , researchers, educators, designers and practitioners interested in evidence‑informed innovation and impact.
