Monika Lama is a director and founder of Artpay which is the world's only private lending and investment fund in the fine art & collectables industry offering no cost of capital to art buyers coupled with superior returns for investors with real estate backed lending.
She is also a director of Lama Family Lawyers and specialises in family law and mortgage law and has been a judge of The International Negotiation (INC) – Switzerland, competitions in Brazil, Japan and Singapore as well as national mooting competitions in Australia between 2013 and 2021.
She holds a Master in Applied Family Law, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science). She is a Fellow of the College of Law, member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Doyles, LawAsia and has been a member of the Family Law Committee of The Law Society from 2016-2018. She was an executive Board Member of the Pain Foundation of the Royal North Shore Hospital in 2020 & 2021.
